We were in the area looking at apartments for our daughter. As we were getting ready to head to Chicago for the weekend our daughter's check engine light was flashing and she had no acceleration on the interstate...did I mention this was on a Friday at 3pm??? . Appreciated everything you did for us even though this became a dealership issue. You could have told us you didn't want to look at it because of your busy day but you took the time (on a Friday at 3pm!!) to help an out of towner out not knowing they will be living in the community next year. He did a nice neat job and had time to do a quick look at my SUV and warned that my brakes would need work soon, which I suspected. After Christmas I will have RUSH do the repairs. Nice neat work. “I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“Calliber Collision did an outstanding job on the repairs to my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and thorough every step of the way. We scheduled the date of service and worked with the rental car company on that date, and when it changed they took care of all of the coordination. When the car was in service I had daily updates as current point in the process and accurate estimations of completion time. They even discovered that the tree sap coming from one of the trees over my driveway was leaving a residue on my car and gave me steps to help control that in the future. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience in what generally is not at the best time of people's lives.”

With limited time and resources, I could not find a body shop that could take care of my work for over a month. “Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”

“I’m from Chicago and my van broke down in Germantown WI. A guy in the store i was shopping at suggested Richfield Service. I first tried to call my Allstate roadside assistance with a wait of 2 hrs! So i called Richfield. They let me know they were booked. They could tow me but only a slight chance they would be able to get to me that day. Not alot of options so i took a chance.Within 15 minutes! the tow driver came and REALLY gave a valiant effort to get the van started right there! However i needed to be towed back to the shop. They again let me know they might not be able to get to me that afternoon but feel free to hang out in the waiting area—-coffee and tea bar!!! They even lent me a plug to charge my phone. Since i’m from Chicago i expected i’d have to get a room somewhere for the night....dread! Then i hear ‘Rod we got your van started’ !! And the whole ordeal for UNDER $100!!!!! What!?? Can’t say enough good things about everyone i encountered here!! Very friendly (especially the tow driver don’t remember his name). I was back home in Chicago by 4:30pm!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!”
