“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“These guys were informative and very friendly! They offered options based on budget and made sure to get me in asap. Left the car overnight as they had a dropbox with slips and pencils to write up what car and put keys in an envelope to slide through the door! With installation they took care of me by adding bolts into the bottom of the front lip to secure it on even better! Will always come back to these guys!”

“I took my Honda to a dealer for repairs twice for the same problems and both times they failed to find the cause. I was completely fed up with their lack of knowledge and professionalism.
Then I remembered that Tyler Sack at Master Tech in Slinger was Honda certified and gave him a call. He was familiar with the problems I was having and assured me they could be fixed.
I took my car to Master Tech the next week and what a difference!!! Tyler and David has a precise understanding of my problems, sent me photos of the cause of the problems and explained everything in perfect detail.
After almost a year of disappointment, my car was right back to perfect. And along with the repairs I came for, they gave the car a keen inspection and found one additional problem and took care of it.
I couldn’t be happier than I am with this jewel of a repair shop in Slinger, Wisconsin. My 2015 Accord runs like new.”
