“Family Dollar carries a variety of items at a decent price. Yes, the store might be considered small and overly crowded, but that adds to the charm of walking down the aisles and looking for items that you might like and need. Staff is friendly. The store serves a tremendous purpose by offering decent items at a decent price.”

“Compared to most Dollars Stores this one is very clean and organized. They seem to have enough employees so there's not boxes blocking isles and if there's a big line they do open another lane to check out. Very big selection of items. One of my favorite locations.”

“Kind of a mess , but it was Valentines day so its probably the customers tearing up the store . There were also a lot empty shelfves. The customer service was good though the cashier was friendly she had to call for help to fill balloon orders and the lady seemed annoyed to have to help but she was friendly to customers. It was the energy that comes as a little off putting though.”
“Been going there 7 yrs. The staff are hard workers. The all have a sense of pride in the work. The neighborhood people are challenging all shapes sizes and colors. They work well with diverse customers.Its not easy work but they get it done”

“This is one of the better Dollar ? stores! Even though it was Inventory Day today for them, this store always has what other stores don't and it was very tidy today! This was the cleanest I have ever seen it and everything was in its place. Nothing was in other spots or aisles where they didn't belong.”

“I came here for balloons for my cousins birthday, such a nice experience! The service is really great and they were friendly and willing to help with any questions I had trying to find things. One staff member helped me pick the cutest balloon weight when I was looking for something specific. They have a good selection, I'd honestly come back to get more balloons and other random items because the staff was so nice. Thanks for being awesome!”
“This store is one of the bigger ones I go to and always get in trouble when I go in. I go in for 3 things and $70 dollars later I'm wondering WTH did I get ????
But whatever you do DON'T ask to use the restroom. Holy crap, you think I would have amputated one of this chicks limbs and she wanted revenge. Just go before you go in. But all in all great store oh and they have products you can't find in any other dollar tree! Way cool”
“I was shopping a few years back and came across this pain relief balm for my lower back pain. At first I didn't think it would work and was skeptical of buying it. So, I said, hey why not. It worked wonders on my low back area. I have been trying to find some more and haven't and now I see some online as well at the store where I purchased it at. Will definitely recommend. All you need is a small amount and just massage it in.”
“Brin or breen (im sure im butchering her name) was a absolutle angel. Not just to me but to the elderly women in front of me . It didn't just seem like she was having a good day either genuinely seemed to just be a really, sweet hardworking patient women. “Just leaving the Family Dollar over here on Holton. This my first time coming to this one. Everything is well stocked, store not cluttered at all, very neat, nothing in the aisle, ain't nobody in there acting a fool, the cashier she was very pleasant and quickly checked us out so no line backups formed. I didn't have any issues with security. I had a very pleasant shopping experience there. I've read other reviews that were not favorable, however. this was my honest to God experience today, and I will be returning back there to shop again.”

“I really liked this location's Dollar Tree because although they didn't have everything I wanted it still was a chill laid back atmosphere. The ppl weren't rowdy nor threatening (as previously lead to believe) and quite patient as well as helpful. I was in a rush but their vibes totally chilled me. The manager is excellent. I told her the truth...she deserves a raise. She is an exceptional worker and as long as they're open I think I've found my new spot.”

“There is, I believe he might be the main store manager there, to whom I feel needs to be reconinized for not just his awesome, courteous and polite, service! (he went out of his way to go in the back to get me some candy just the other day)
I cannot recall his name but I hope he is being paid very well due to him doing his job, above and beyond, AWESOME CS...
He is there every single time I go in there! So I know he works A LOT of hours
I also would like to thank him for making me feel safe as a shopper, I was there 1 day that a guy came in trying to steel, even though you can never tell what someone might do when they get caught, red-handed like that, this manager handled this man in a way that I KNEW, not only was I safe, but the whole situation was fine, no matter what.
(He very calmly and rationally told this man he needed to leave.)
I just thought I'd let Dollar General know they should NOT EVER want to lose such a great employee and let the public know that this is a great store to shop at!
ALL of the employees there are super friendly and always very courteous but I'm sure it helps to have a great manager.
I know personally, how it is to work CS at a huge retail chain and how much of a differece it makes in your attitude towards even having to come into work to have a good manager or not.”
“Always some hidden gems here, and you can skip over big ticket items that will suffice just fine. The $1.25 is still a deal - it took a while to get used to, but in these days and times i appreciate Dollar Tree....
This particular store needed restocking in several places. I'd been here quite a few times before. It seems to have taken a dip. If someone needs employment, they are looking to recruit.”

“I`ve been coming to this store for numerous years and generally I like it. The prices of food are very comparable to large grocers and other goods as well and sometimes even better. Service quality has gone down in the last few years as a result of the pandemic and as in many stores the newly hired are not given enough training on product knowledge, customer service and site upkeep and this leaves customers dismayed and seeking a better shopping experience. Some of this is blamed on ownership far removed from the stores themselves and management that is not as far as removed from the stores themselves but are more concerned with their golfing averages rather than running a store right.”

“I had a great time unloading at this store. It's a bad setup for this store but I unloaded 1100+ pieces in 2.5 hours. If they could get to the city to let them block the road the semi-trailer could be straight with the door making the unloading a lot easier. I'm just saying not complaining because im sure no driver has unloaded that many pieces in the time frame I have.”

“I was at the Dollar Tree at 5656 S. Packard Ave. Cudahy, WI on 5/18/23. What a fabulous manager! The store was the best well-organized Dollar Tree I've ever been in. It was extremely clean and made my shopping experience pleasant AND efficient. I did compliment the manager! He was friendly, clean in appearance as a super role model and he deserved to be proud of his store.”
