“I came in with my 87 year old client and had the absolute best girl check us out! I am horrible with names but it was Margaret or something close? She took the time to call the back of my clients card she was trying to use to figure out why it wasn’t going through. She was so nice and helpful and you just don’t see that anymore with customer service- that girl deserves a raise! 🤑”

“From toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, to doggy toys, nail polish, cleaning supplies, and PARTY SUPPLIES, balloons etc! Didn't like it's not 1$ anymore, but hey 1.25 1.50$ still ain't bad! I'll take it, and not to mention the products they get that are worth waaaaay more every once in a while!:)”
“The store is nice including everyone except the girl with brown hair and glasses . She is rude and passive aggressive to customers not even me but from what I witness in line, if you hate your life no need to take it out on others ?”
“I was at the Dollar Tree at 5656 S. Packard Ave. Cudahy, WI on 5/18/23. What a fabulous manager! The store was the best well-organized Dollar Tree I've ever been in. It was extremely clean and made my shopping experience pleasant AND efficient. I did compliment the manager! He was friendly, clean in appearance as a super role model and he deserved to be proud of his store.”

Yes, the store might be considered small and overly crowded, but that adds to the charm of walking down the aisles and looking for items that you might like and need. Staff is friendly. “I love the Dollar General’s because they have quality items, especially in the frozen and refrigerated section at a good price. They have lots of Minute Maid juice and a good variety of soda. If I need school supplies or office supplies, they have them and the price is good. The cashiers are friendly and what more can you ask? Thank you for your service.”
“Kind of a mess , but it was Valentines day so its probably the customers tearing up the store . There were also a lot empty shelfves. The customer service was good though the cashier was friendly she had to call for help to fill balloon orders and the lady seemed annoyed to have to help but she was friendly to customers. It was the energy that comes as a little off putting though.”

“This is one of the better Dollar ? stores! Even though it was Inventory Day today for them, this store always has what other stores don't and it was very tidy today! “I love Dollar Tree!! You wouldn't believe it but they have great skin care products! Great make up and so much more for 5 quarters! Most items 1.25 1.50 or 1.75. They have other items priced at $3 $5 and some $10 items. Some name brand items as well. You just need to take the time to be able to look around. I recommend Dollar Tree highly”

“I was shopping a few years back and came across this pain relief balm for my lower back pain. At first I didn't think it would work and was skeptical of buying it. So, I said, hey why not. It worked wonders on my low back area. I have been trying to find some more and haven't and now I see some online as well at the store where I purchased it at. Will definitely recommend. All you need is a small amount and just massage it in.”

“I`ve been coming to this store for numerous years and generally I like it. The prices of food are very comparable to large grocers and other goods as well and sometimes even better. Service quality has gone down in the last few years as a result of the pandemic and as in many stores the newly hired are not given enough training on product knowledge, customer service and site upkeep and this leaves customers dismayed and seeking a better shopping experience. Some of this is blamed on ownership far removed from the stores themselves and management that is not as far as removed from the stores themselves but are more concerned with their golfing averages rather than running a store right.”
“There is, I believe he might be the main store manager there, to whom I feel needs to be reconinized for not just his awesome, courteous and polite, service! (he went out of his way to go in the back to get me some candy just the other day)
I cannot recall his name but I hope he is being paid very well due to him doing his job, above and beyond, AWESOME CS...
He is there every single time I go in there! So I know he works A LOT of hours
I also would like to thank him for making me feel safe as a shopper, I was there 1 day that a guy came in trying to steel, even though you can never tell what someone might do when they get caught, red-handed like that, this manager handled this man in a way that I KNEW, not only was I safe, but the whole situation was fine, no matter what.
(He very calmly and rationally told this man he needed to leave.)
I just thought I'd let Dollar General know they should NOT EVER want to lose such a great employee and let the public know that this is a great store to shop at!
ALL of the employees there are super friendly and always very courteous but I'm sure it helps to have a great manager.
I know personally, how it is to work CS at a huge retail chain and how much of a differece it makes in your attitude towards even having to come into work to have a good manager or not.”
“It's a good STORE, what I don't like is that there are always people. , outside asking for money or for coffee. And they don't wear mouth protection for corona.”
“I had a great time unloading at this store. It's a bad setup for this store but I unloaded 1100+ pieces in 2.5 hours. If they could get to the city to let them block the road the semi-trailer could be straight with the door making the unloading a lot easier. I'm just saying not complaining because im sure no driver has unloaded that many pieces in the time frame I have.”
“Been shopping here pretty often recently. Good prices, organized store and James (possibly the manager) is always helpful, kind and hardworking. Today he went out of his way to help me and was kind and pleasant the entire time. Give this man a raise.”
