It's nice to go and they have what I need in stock.
Plus the store is actually open at the time and days that the owner says.

“Layton fruit market is one of the gems of the southside of Milwaukee. Located near the end of the 794 spur on Layton the shop carries fresh produce and lots of great snacks. I noticed that they were carrying Candy Raisins, which is a regional candy that lots of people in southeastern Wisconsin really enjoy. The staff there are nice and friendly they always enjoy stopping in.”
“IF YOU DON’T LIKE SAUERKRAUT, give Wioletta’s fresh sauerkraut a try and I assure you that this healthy fermented food will be something you’ll go back for more. They also carry a delicious spreadable sheep cheese that’s delicious. This little market appears to be a treasure of products that I have yet to explore in future visits.”
“This ALDI is by far my favorite in the Milwaukee area! The cashiers are so quick and friendly, I never leave the checkout lane without a smile. They always have the plant based items I am looking for and the prices are the best around.”
“I enjoyed looking around the store and chatting with the owner about recent trips to Ireland and Northern Ireland. They have a wonderful selection to choose from. I created a basket of my husband's favorite Irish snacks for Christmas and he loved it! Can't wait to bring him with me next time.”
“I don't buy a lot at Gordons however the stuff they have high quality and in bulk. What I do get is things grocery stores in smaller containers, so get more of a product I want for a dollar or two more, good deal.”

“The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of his products. He takes great pride in the work it takes for their quality, FDA approved products. I tried many samples while I was there of both the dehydrated and the tender cuts, and it made choosing only a few bags very hard. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to go back for more, which will be sooner rather than later, because my wife is mad I didn’t bring back a bag of the Bloody Mary beef jerky.”

“I definitely have enjoyed driving out of my way to shop at this store, even though the traffic & driving is not good in the area. Staff is kind & helpful. In comparison to other stores, the meat, cheese & dairy section is about as fresh and healthy as possible. I also found the frozen vegetables to be very good quality too, even though bug free processing tends to be a new idea for me. ⭐️ 5 stars ⭐️”

“May 18th we went in to buy meat for the grill and our cashier was phenomenal. She was so happy and conversed with each of us customers. Her genuine and pleasant personality made the stop such an enjoyable experience.The beef ribs and cilantro lime chicken breast were absolutely delicious.”
“I used to come here weekly for the sandwiches. So delicious. But of course, there are lots of other great things. Some of my favorites: great selection of nice charcuterie and cheeses, excellent meats, good variety of beer, wine, etc., nice produce, and a really great bakery/sweets case. We almost always get the Knudsens carmels also. Old timey feel, classic neighborhood grocery. Beware: checkout area is narrow and often congested, especially near dinner hours. Oh, and they have tiny shopping carts for the kids, which mine love. Couldn't imagine the neighborhood without this place.”
“My favorite store for sunflower seeds, cookies, spices, fresh bread (cooked in the back) and especially great prices on halal chicken. I haven't tried the restaurant yet but i hear it's great.”
“Very helpful staff at the Franklin, WI location. I needed breakfast food for a crowd of 60 people. I worked with Patrick to order the items I didn't find enough of in the store. The delivery truck arrived on the next day in the morning. Fair prices and the egg bacon and cheese scrambled entree I served was a big hit! I had half a dozen people ask me for the recipe. I told them GFS!
Easy parking and the store aisles are organized well with good signage on each row. No membership needed. Open to the general public.”

“I’ve been to a lot of Middle Eastern grocery stores and markets. This has got to be one of the best I’ve been to because of their prices and great deals. The staff was awesome and very respectful.They have everything here. Make sure you come here and stop by. They’ve got everything here . Their meat is always fresh as well as their produce. Very clean store and always have what you want. Definitely coming back here to shop again. Keep up the good work guys. Way to go.”
“We like to shop at Aldi's it's close to our home and it has a variety of options at a great price we've been Aldi shoppers for a long time and both the locations in Milwaukee that we go to our good locations I generally go to the one on 13th more that is my area”

“Yes they have a lot of food and things but they are way over priced. My friend uses the Western Union from them and they charge for the trans action. He says anywhere else he goes they don't charge him anything when he receives his money.”
“The produce department is so organized and when you first enter the store you see the lovely floral and plant selection ? then you head over to the seafood department which is just impeccable! I also love the amazing service at the bar from Chrissy and Haley- there is a great wine selection. Lastly, the certified cheese professional they have on staff is lovely ?”

“I've shopped at this location before, but now that we've moved to Oak Creek, I find myself shopping here every week. The store is always clean and stocked, with great products. The employees have always been helpful and friendly at checkout. Overall, this Aldi location is very well run and I'm happy to have this store very close to my new home.”

Has cereals, soups, pasta, toilet paper, treats and snacks, etc. check out the photos for an idea of what they all carry. Save time and effort, no need to go to the big box store when you can pop in here and save tons of time for a few cents more.”
