“I recently moved to Walker's Point and have used this UPS store numerous times. You will always find superb customer service here. Everyone is always helpful. I recently had a photo printed and mounted here. Ramiro was very informative and helpful. He did an outstanding job on the project. I've used other UPS stores and this is absolutely the best one in Milwaukee.”
“Delivery men were awesome but dispatch had not added instructions for old mattress to be taken away. This could be an extra charge. Customers - reconfirm your delivery instructions when dispatch calls you for delivery!”

“Been having packages and mail come here alot. Sometimes they mix my last name up with another person of the last name but soon as i ask about a package the correct it and since i havent had any problems. The crew here is great and now that they remodeled the building it looks much better. They always greet me when i come and one employee knows me by my Box # (which i like cuz knowing a familiar faces is a plus). But all in all i love UPS and the staff. Always a safe place to have mail delivered”

“Had quite a day chasing down a delivery and was pleasantly surprised when I got to this store at 5pm, was greeted immediately, and the girl at the desk knew exactly where my delivery was. She offered to load it on a cart for me (it was five heavy boxes) and helped me with the door as I took it out to my car. She saw me returning the cart and went out of her way to open the door so I could easily get back in the building. I needed a win today and she made that happen. Thank you!”
“Scheduler worked with me to deliver within the window I needed with no hassle, delivery driver coordinated with me the day of to make sure the time was good, and the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure my items got where they needed to go on the property. Really excellent experience, would highly recommend anyone use them if getting large deliveries for renovations or just bulky items.”

“My company has purchased pelican cases from Pak-Rite multiple times to ship our avionics demos to various trade shows and customer demonstrations. The process is efficient. We place an online order and select in-store pickup. A store employee then contacts us to confirm the sale and the date and time of pickup. We've shipped our demos without pelican cases a few times, and we always end up ordering more. The cases not only protect the delicate equipment, but they make transportation--whether through an airport or to a FedEx office---a breeze.”
“Read some negative reviews prior to driving an hour to DHL, but had an excellent experience, and wanted to highlight the efforts of the quick, efficient, thorough service received by the in-store clerk Jason (I believe that was his name. Started w/ a J....younger guy...late 20s/early 30s). I arrived quite uninformed of the detailed process of mailing a package internationally. He put my mind to rest and took care of all the details. He was polite, knowledgeable, informed, helpful, answering all my questions precisely. I was out of there in 20 minutes max. Throughout the process, I was able to track the package via the 800 number. Those clerks were also great-providing details such as how the package passed certain ports and dog checks on its way to Europe. I would definitely recommend DHL in Oak Creek for your package needs and hope you have the pleasure of having Jason serve you. (For customers: Know that some countries do require duty taxes and other fees upon arrival, so be aware. It isn't DHL's responsibility to know that, but ours, as a consumer.)”

“I had an issue with a package and the manager at Fed Ex took the time to investigate above and beyond what they were supposed to do. Despite not getting the outcome I was looking for regarding my package, I was highly impressed with the in person customer service I experienced. I am not sure if this is representative of all workers there but my experience was above average.”

“Had to drop off a package for ground delivery. Fellow at the gate took care of it. Not like UPS or USPS where you walk in with a parcel. They've got a clipboard to sign and that's it. I did have a prepaid shipping label, so that might make a difference.”
