“We're a construction company and we're trying to keep a project on schedule as our subs had another project starting in 3 days and had 2 days to finish ours, no exceptions. Our product delivery wasn't for another 30 hrs! I took it upon myself and called Enterprise Trucks. I was in a truck within the hour, picked up 7200 lbs of brick and was on my way 52 miles outside Milw. Delivery made, unloaded, and back before rush hour. Catastrophe diverted!! “If you're renting a 10' U-Haul truck, do yourself a favor and pick it up here. It's part of an Amoco gas station, and they process the contracts for the U-Hauls parked on the side of the gas station lot. It was quick and easy, and since it's not a full-on U-Haul branch they didn't try to upsell me on anything or slyly try to pad the bill. I wish I had known how smooth rentals are from here in the past...”

“I needed boxes to organize my storage....they have a nice selection of various sizes and tapes etc. Service was fine, all was good...
I was let down by the quality of the boxes....They ripped at the corner seems...Perhaps, there are weight limits...or preferred functions that the boxes were designed for, that I was not aware of...with the exception of the boxes, not meeting my expectations, the visit was fine....
BUT, in the end I went there because I wanted new, good quality, Boxes....And,in that, it was a fail....Sorry but the boxes were flimsy and not nearly what I was expecting.....I will need to replace all the boxes with strong sturdy boxes as soon as I can locate a new supplier. ....”

“I was very impressed with the two young men that serviced me (one at pick up, the other at drop off). Upon arrival I had many beginners questions and a situation. He was very patient and knowledgeable and I left feeling good. Dragged myself back after a taxing day and it being my first experience I had question about the check out. He was there to go over everything and I even learned a few things. His tact and demeanor made me ignore the cold and engage in a few extra sentences before my departure lbvs. The process, equipment and staff all easily deserve a 5 rating on my experience.”
“Hi, I have used U-Haul as my go-to storage facility. I have had storage here for a number of years. Dominic, the manager has always been nice, kind and pleasant. U-Haul has had a complete turn around from what I can see In the last recent months such as: friendlier staff, the facility Is really coming around and Is clean. The only thing I want to press upon Is..... it Is a beautiful building when driving down capital Dr during the summer months just please ? try and be more diligent about keeping the outside appearance more tidy and have It more garbage or liter free and that goes for the back dock area too. Otherwise you are all doing fabulous work.??”

“At first when I came there was a young kid who I believed was new. He was having trouble just taking basic card information down and was not time efficient and everybody knows when your living time is of the essence. So, that first day was a struggle. I needed the Uhaul for one more day and I needed boxes also. Second time around Allen helped me set it up no problem and him and Jesse even helped me carry out my boxes and the tape to my truck. Nobody does that anymore theses days! It made my day. Also, Allen gave me a reminder call a few hours before the truck was due back just to make sure I was on schedule. All I can say is this type if service us so much appreciated and made my hectic move much more enjoyable. Thanks again Allen @ Cudahy Uhaul.”
