Our moon roof exploded randomly (which apparently happens sometimes). I called around town and was surprised by how many places told me they couldn’t fix it. The team at Premier got us in the same day I called, assured us it was an easy fix, called around to find us a used moonroof (which saved us $1000) and put plastic on our roof so I could still drive until the replacement came in. I’m beyond grateful!

We'll the guy who waited on me took the time to look up my car and told me they were 2 different sizes. In all fairness I'd been replacing them during oil changes. He not only gave me the proper wipers for the first time he also came out and installed them for me . No more awkward smear across my windshield.”
“During the recent cold snap my car's battery up and died with no warning. I got a jump and headed to O'Reilly. Without hesitation Mason went out in the bitter cold and swapped my old battery for a new one. Going forward I'll be sure to check my battery more often but it's good to know that if I need it I can get a new one here even in the freezing cold.”

“Very good service department, had my vehicle serviced there several times. Oil changes and tire rotation. Fast service, good prices. And they actually do rotate the tires, not like other place's that say they rotated the tires and never did. That would Kocourek Chevrolet in Rib Mountain Wisconsin. Make sure you mark your tires before you take your vehicle to Kocourek Chevrolet in Rib Mountain Wisconsin for a tire rotation. Check your tires before you leave Kocourek Chevrolet to make sure they actually rotated your tires.”

“Bought a front bumper for my 70 Impala a couple weeks ago. It had some nicks and surface rust, as I knew when I bought it, since they had very detailed pics and pointed out all the issues. When I received it, it was wrapped with so much TLC it took me 20 minutes to unwrap. Nice! It is back from the chrome shop and my body guy says it looks perfect. I am writing this since I don't see many reviews and I am coming back to check on other items for my front-end fender bender. Man this car gets hurt in a front-end otherwise very minor collision. Nothing like the rear. Anyway, you can see that I think these guys are perfect to work with.”
