I had seriously been to five or six different jewelers in the area and none of them could replace the battery on this time piece and understand the particular mechanisms that it has. The Horologist was absolutely fantastic and I am so excited to have this unique time peace in working order again. Andy, one of the sales people was incredibly helpful and ended up cleaning my wedding ring and I don’t think it’s ever looked better. Very much recommend this company incredibly knowledgeable and a very bespoke experience.”

We've always gotten the lifetime warranty on any piece he's gotten me and really enjoy it (and have used it) because they don't require you to come in every 6 months for inspection in order to keep the warranty valid. This came in handy for the simple fact that we moved to FL and there are no Rogers & Hollands by us. We were recently in WI for a family reunion and had to stop in as an anniversary band of mine had lost a stone, a Canadian Ice diamond at that. We walked in, gave them the year it was bought and my name and they found it right away and the missing stone is covered AND they're shipping it back to me in FL at NO COST to me!
