“My total seemed a bit high. I checked my receipt and was charged 3 times for one item. I called and was told to come to the store as they can't process a credit over the phone. The refund was quick and painless. They credited it right back to my card vs. giving in store credit which it what I prefer. They also gave me a $10 gift card for my troubles!! I didn't even ask for the card. The manager Brittany went above and beyond for me!!”

“The young lady at De Pere, WI, location on West Side, was wonderful and replaced my screen protector and lens protectors and answer questions I had about iCLOUD acct. She told me her name and I wanted to desperately remember it, but couldn’t immediately put it in the phone. Sorry about that, but she works primarily off Lineville Rd. In Howard. She was wonderful and fun to talk too. It was not busy; in fact I was the only one in the store. Thank you for great customer service.”
