“I had a great experience when I stopped in to switch my plan and get a new phone the other night. The two guys that were working were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find the perfect phone, took the time to transfer over my apps and all that jazz, and even adhered the liquid screen protector because I was worried about messing it up at home. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new phone.”

“Bought our daughter an upgrade to her phone. She went from Android to an iPhone. Had to come back the next day bc her ESIM didn't work so they transferred it to a physical SIM card. She was very helpful and nice. I was just annoyed that we had to come back. At the initial visit, I did not feel like they went through how to set up her phone with her. They automatically set it to transfer everything which would have taken forever instead of letting her choose what he wanted to transfer. Very nice when we came back to fix it. But the initial sale did not explain anything.”

“The only reason I would recommend this company is because of Store Manager Kevin that works at the Cricket Wireless in Green Bay, WI on the corner of Main and Mason!! He has provided me with the absolute BEST customer service that I have received anywhere in my 32 years alive!! However, your people that work for 611 need to all be fired and hand over the responsibilities to the stores. Those that work in the call center when you call 611 are so absolutely rude and horrible!! They were horrible when I called myself and they were horrible when Kevin called for me. The supervisor we were transferred to on the call was the worst of them all!! Your company should be ashamed of themselves for how they let some of the employees treat customers! You need to hire more like Kevin!! After this incident, Kevin is the ONLY reason why I'm not shutting off my service and going elsewhere!! I know that if I go into this store with an issue, he with do everything and anything he can to make things right or figure out an issue!!”

“Stopped by reluctantly with an Apple Watch that had a poor battery and it would die mid day or during a long bike ride. Brady was so helpful and insightful and assisted me in a way that exceeded my expectations! He found a solution to my problem, helped me avoid a “not so good decision” I was about to make with the watch, worked with my budget and I walked out with a new, affordable Apple Watch! “We were staying at a cabin in Lakewood when we decided to take a day trip to Green Bay.We were mostly checking out the town/stadium/local culture, but also happened to need some hoodies (turned out, evening's were cooler than we expected!).We were hoping to get something with a bit of a local flare and typically Target will have a section with local tees and sweatshirts (usually sports themed). And, this Target was no exception. Aside from their local sports themed t-shirt collection, this Target was everything Target ought to be and was clean and well-stocked. It also has a Starbucks inside, which is convenient.”

“I signed up for Sam's after getting an awesome coupon in the mail. For me as a single person, I don't know that I would get enough stuff to make up for the price of the membership. I do like the store overall and the self checkout is by far the fastest, easiest, and nicest I ever used. Sam's has an excellent selection of products and the prices are good. I guess it depends if you want large quantities of everything you buy. Only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because the employees aren't the friendliest. Costco has such friendly employees and Sam's you hardly get the time of day from the employees and the ones at the entrance and exit are many times crabby.”

“5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Pete!!!I had canceled my home internet (not because it was bad but because fiber was finally available) and my final bill was $.34. I tried to pay online but the payment has to be a minimum of $5. I called the number on my bill and was told I had to be verified with my pin which I either forgot or never knew so they always sent me a pin thru my modem (which I returned already). I was told that I had to go to a retail store to pay the bill and there is a $5 service charge to pay in store. I called this store and Pete looked up my account and took care of my billing issue without me having to drive 30 minutes to pay a $.34 bill. Thank you Pete!”
