I went in having issues trying to switch to Boost from Mint Mobile. It took almost 45 minutes for us to figure out how, but she went above and beyond to help me and in the end we were successful. Not only that but she made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to :)

“After a bad first impression I was slowly won over by the staff. Coming from a customer service background I have higher standards coming into that type of environment. But in the end of the visit I was won over and the staff ended up being great. Everyone has bad days, maybe it was just a bad moment when we happened to walk in. I won’t hold it against them. Especially after the visit ended positively. Clean store. Helpful and knowledgeable. The payroll manager was there too and he helped out a lot also. His demeanor was great the whole time & friendly even with my kids. Overall, had a good experience. Thanks!”
