12731 WI-42, Ellison BayMy first time here and I wanted to buy ALL the smoked fish as soon as I walked in. I was with my brother and SIL and we got a smoked salmon center piece, smoked whitefish, and whitefish spread. We stopped at a brewery and got a few beers and immediately ate the entire piece of whitefish while watching a band. Smokey, flakey and tasty! Two days later I dug into my own piece of salmon and OMG amazing. It was flakey and rich and oily and Smokey and I almost ate the whole thing by myself. The whitefish dip I’m so so on and wish I would have gotten the salmon but I also tried it on a whim not knowing a whole lot about it. I’m sure after a few bites more I’ll enjoy it.
I made this fancy little salmon board with homemade pickled onions and a Riesling and sat down with it to watch the Brewers/ Cubs games. Go Brewers!

12010 WI-42, Ellison BayBurgers are great, it's a bar so loud, server was new so had to point out the beer we wanted, we requested no bun for our service animal and she didn't know how to spell bun lol but she'll learn. All in all if I was local it'd probably be one of my favorite places! I would definitely recommend. Prices aren't too bad either.
