Fat Belly
10621 N Highland Rd, Sister BayMy wife and I stumbled in here after driving past it for years, and thought we would give it a shot because we didn't want the typical burgers and brats for 4th of July. Boy, were we surprised and delighted!
The ambiance is cute and quaint and gives you a combination of the sense of a Japanese restaurant but having it tucked away against a Laketown.
Staff for super friendly and prompt, and Connie was very knowledgeable and gave her recommendations.
We end up getting the potstickers and the little piggy sushi roll, and really enjoyed having pork belly with fresh mango and daikon. Potstickers are the best I think I've had in the county. No contest.
My wife had the Crispy Beef Bowl, and I had the Korean beef ramen, and the flavor that they worked into both combined with the execution of the meat, and the sauces that were infused were dynamite.
Now that we know that these guys don't play around, will definitely be up when we're in the mood, and want to make the drive from Sturgeon Bay, and we will definitely be here in the winter on some of those colder nights on the weekend.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean Whitefish- tender, flaky, full of flavor.
My daughter absolutely loved the Roasted Tomato Basil Pasta- as a self proclaimed pasta expert, she absolutely beamed while eating the dish- mentioned the lemon zest added a fresh pop to the flavors.
We finished our plates, which meant no room for dessert, but I did overhear other tables gushing over the Olive Oil cake.
