“Went with my husband today and because of an injury I was not able to go pick my plants out myself. My husband went in alone and the staff helped him every step of the way and brought plants out to the car for my approval. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very good sales people as I got a few extra plants they showed me by bringing them to the car. We have been going to Sugar and Spice for years and this year the staff out did themselves helping us. So happy with our experience every year but this year was an especially wonderful experience for both my husband and me making what could have been stressful for both of us, but they turned it into a wonderful fun shopping trip. “The cashier was very polite, helpful in finding items we couldn't find and sharing information on products I was buying & his own experience pros & cons with the product i was buying with both his past & present pets he's had. Which also helped me & my family get closer to finding where we could find the breeds we were most interested in having for our family pet & protection!! Gave me a business card of the guy to get ahold of & found out I actually already knew the guy well growing up so our visit @ $ General very happy & heart warming in sum ways because my family & I looked for months trying to find the breed we wanted most after losing our last dog due to old age but didn't feel as much like home after losing him. Everyday habits from when he was still around that we found hard & painful to be able to get used to & let go. But w/ our wonderful visit & the cashier who was so caring & helpful we can now find what we've been looking for & to help fill the empty sadness in our ? & to help our kids happily heal from their 1st experience of losing our furry family friend!!
