Anna, the manager, did an excellent job of packing. There was bubble wrap between the two boxes. Each piece was wrapped first in small bubble wrap, then medium, then large.

“I frequently go to this UPS Store, but I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff today. When I was in the parking lot, my car suddenly wouldn’t start and I started to panic because my phone was at 5% and I wasn’t sure what to do. I went inside to ask if I could borrow a charger, and the two employees working around 1 PM were incredibly kind. The girl working immediately let me plug in my phone, gave me tissues, and brought me a chair while I tried to calm down and figure things out. She was so sweet and reassuring when I was clearly stressed. Then the guy working actually came outside and helped jump my car so I could get home. Both of them went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn’t have to. Their kindness really meant a lot in a stressful moment and completely turned my day around. I really hope the owners know how wonderful these two employees are. Thank you both again for being so kind and helpful.”

“I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Darren, the manager of this UPS store. He very quickly and efficiently responded to my request to file a claim for an item that had been broken in shipment. He filed the claim and we received a check from UPS within 2 weeks for the insurance on the item plus a refund on the shipping costs. I really appreciate him for listening to me, for apologizing that it had happened and then following up on the claim right away. 5 stars!”

“We had Save the Dates printed at a non-UPS location and they were terribly lacking. We stopped by towards the end of the day just to see if they could be printed better and WOW, Trevor was amazing!! He immediately put us at ease and talked us through various paper options and how the quality could definitely be improved. The next day, Johnson took over the print job and was equally amazing - he printed us a few test prints so we could compare options and that made all the difference for something we really wanted to get right. Over the course of the next several months we kept coming back for all our wedding stationary needs, working with both Trevor and Johnson. They were both consistently INCREDIBLE - super patient and helpful every time. They talked us through options, answered our many questions, and were super fast at getting our prints done. Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful but Trevor and Johnson made this part a breeze!!! We can't compliment them enough!”
