“Got a hitch installed for my 2019 Honda CR-V. Everything about my experience was great. They offered me the lowest price in the Madison area, and installed a hitch that was higher quality than other places. They even cut the trim pieces so the hitch bar doesn't show under the car. Excellent job, looks great, and couldn't ask for anything more. I work remotely and they had a desk in the waiting area I used while waiting for the install. To schedule my appointment I emailed them and they were very responsive.”

“Went in thinking my car battery needed to be replaced. The person who helped me was so kind. When I described the conditions and asked him if it was time to change my battery, he did a battery test. After seeing that the battery was in good shape, he voluntarily did a load test to double-check. Confirming that my battery is still good he told me that I didn't need to buy a new one. When I asked how much the battery costs, he even gave me options and shared that I could get it cheaper at Costco if I wanted to. But I'll be coming back here because you know you can trust the staff, who are truly looking out for your interests.”
