Most recently, Ben assisted me and had my problem resolved within 15 minutes. This was after a tech in TX caused the issue (along with cosmetic damage to my laptop ). “Free repair! Very professional service to my iPhone, as well as customer service. Zack was very professional and understanding the entire time. My iPhone Air had broken front glass, and back glass. I had AppleCare and was prepared to pay. However, on their end kept showing I owed $0.00. Afterwards, the Genius Bar rep took time to find me a case that would work with the wireless charger in my car and recommended the Apple Bumper Case. Thank you again, Apple! Would return!”

“I had ordered a laptop from Dell, but for some reason, they canceled my order, so I decided to buy a laptop at Best Buy. I had an amazing experience with Richie and Aiden from geek squad (I believe those were their names). They went out of their way to work with me for over an hour to make sure I had the best laptop possible for school. At first, I was looking at a Lenova which was cheaper online than in store and they offered to price match for me! But then Aiden recommended a much better laptop for a cheaper price. I've also worked with Richie in the past before and can say that he is always super helpful. My dad is looking for a new laptop, and so I told him to go to Best Buy and ask for Richie/Aiden because they were so helpful. I will definitely be back! :)”
