“I had ordered a laptop from Dell, but for some reason, they canceled my order, so I decided to buy a laptop at Best Buy. I had an amazing experience with Richie and Aiden from geek squad (I believe those were their names). They went out of their way to work with me for over an hour to make sure I had the best laptop possible for school. At first, I was looking at a Lenova which was cheaper online than in store and they offered to price match for me! But then Aiden recommended a much better laptop for a cheaper price. I've also worked with Richie in the past before and can say that he is always super helpful. My dad is looking for a new laptop, and so I told him to go to Best Buy and ask for Richie/Aiden because they were so helpful. I will definitely be back! :)”

“Largest selection of used audio gear I’ve seen. They have everything from receivers, to speakers to turntables and cassette decks. Plus what seems like infinite aisles of media to put that stuff to use. Fair prices, though I do sometimes find two copies of the same exact record with different prices.”
“Dre was the coolest helping us find the fraudulent things Total wireless did to make it unable to switch over to Metro.... we were with him for 4 hours and although we all were frustrated it you could never tell with him!!!! I suggest anyone that wants great customers service come to 55th and center and see him!!!! And thanks to Alex cus she was not having it she came in and was putting Total wireless in check sometimes you needed a good sista to come in and bring it home!!!! Also thanks to James who went around the city to find the last two phone he had in stock!!!!! Man the team on 55th and center was amazing!!!!!!!”

“Target has always been my go-to when it comes to picking up the essentials as well as where I go to make a quick stop and grab something in need. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming, neat, and the layout of the store shows me that every detail is thought through to make the user experience relaxing. What I found truly helpful is their app that allows you to find the item, the isle, the availability, and coupons/discounts that I can use on my purchase. This Target app definitely sets them apart from their top competitors. It is super convenient to scan your barcode and gain these rewards, but for me it is almost impossible to even access the app when I am at the Target near my house. The building is almost a deadzone when it comes to cell service and because of this I have lost many possible rewards and savings, which is pretty disappointing. If there could be a solution to either the lack of cell service or the inability to access the app when offline, that would make the Target experience a lot better.”
