“I dropped my phone and it was run over by an SUV. The screen was cracked and I thought the phone was ruined. I was sent to CPR from my insurance provider and I was pleased with the service. Thomas determined that the phone was not damaged. The screen protector was the only component that was cracked. He replaced that item in less than five minutes. I will definitely recommend CPR to all of my friends and family and will be a repeat customer.”

“Dre was the coolest helping us find the fraudulent things Total wireless did to make it unable to switch over to Metro.... we were with him for 4 hours and although we all were frustrated it you could never tell with him!!!! I suggest anyone that wants great customers service come to 55th and center and see him!!!! And thanks to Alex cus she was not having it she came in and was putting Total wireless in check sometimes you needed a good sista to come in and bring it home!!!!
