Thomas determined that the phone was not damaged. The screen protector was the only component that was cracked. He replaced that item in less than five minutes. “Huge shoutout to Jake at the Verizon store in Germantown. We came in with a completely crushed phone and what could have been a stressful situation, and Jake made the entire process easy.
He not only helped us get the phone replaced, but he also looked at our account and realized we were on a very old Verizon plan. He took the time to walk us through better options and ended up getting us into a much better deal that actually fit what we needed.
Jake was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. It honestly felt like having a family member helping you instead of someone just trying to make a sale.
What really stood out is that he even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working and that we were happy with the switch. That level of service is rare.
If you’re going to the Verizon Germantown location, do yourself a favor and ask for Jake. Verizon is lucky to have him — he absolutely deserves a raise.”

“I am a little late to the party -- but I was in the store on Feb 6th and the two gentlemen who were working that day couldn't have been more helpful! After going to the Glendale store and them being out of stock, and best buy not being able to help me with our account since it was a FirstNet account... I called the Grafton store, and they had one in stock thankfully! When we got there, they had it ready for me right away. They were both prompt with helping me and very kind! They did offer me additional accessories/accessory suggestions but did not try to pressure me into buying them which was refreshing when working with sales people. They had answered any questions I had without seeming annoyed and that was greatly appreciated when working with technology. I would definitely recommend this store! Thanks to them both!”
