“Clean and fairly quiet. Beds were very soft, almost too soft for me. When it comes to hotels, I care mostly about cleanliness of the bed linen, mattress, bathroom and fridge. This hotel met those standards. Passed my required bed bug check. Would stay again.”

“The rooms were very clean, as a clean-freak I was impressed! A little outdated but nice. The mattress was literally spotless! They also have a pool/hot tub area and fitness center that were extremely clean. Like no joke, spotless. Service members were very kind and accommodating. Seriously a great hotel :)”

One of my family members accidentally left a bag at the Amtrak station, and without hesitation, Christy immediately went back to the station to help retrieve it. She handled the entire situation with such kindness, urgency, and professionalism, which made an incredibly stressful moment so much easier for us.
I work in hospitality myself, so I know exceptional service when I see it - Christy exemplifies it. “Was here for the event on Saturday night, the room was clean, spacious. The room had everything we needed, it had a kitchen, stove, sink, microwave and a full size fridge with freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and utensils and cookware. The stay was very comfortable and the staff at the front desk was kind, I was able to order good local pizza for the kids. Crib for the baby upon request will be sent to the room. They also have Breakfast, other things the place has gym and pool and I believe a laundry area as well. Very comfortable stay.”

“Nice clean rooms. The shower, while somewhat narrow compensates with one of those curved curtains. The shower pressure was hearty even on the third floor.
The free breakfast is standard; waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereal. The berry flavored waffle mix was a nice treat.”

“Nita at the front desk is a gem. You couldn’t ask for a more transparent and honest person to have help run your hotel. On a day with large groups and a full house she went above and beyond to make sure my group was accommodated. After traveling for two months straight this level of attentiveness was greatly appreciated. 5 Stars for service.”
“We have been here two years in a row now and this has become a summer favorite for us! We feel very safe, everything is usually very clean. We have stayed in cabins each time and they were clean and comfortable. The beach is amazing, the pools are fun, we also enjoyed playing putt putt. Our favorite part is the water obstacle course and the beach, as we spend most of our time there. We bring food and eat at our cabin for every meal, except one, we pick a beach day and eat there. The pizza is our favorite at the beach restaurant!”

“This is a really excellent airport hotel. We arrived late night and Dean got us checked in in a very efficient and timely fashion - he provides excellent service. The rooms are very nice - they seem relatively recently renovated and are quite spacious. Would definitely recommend if in need of a quick stay near MKE.”

“Oh my gosh. Heather was sooooo amazing. So helpful. Our flight was canceled and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and helped us figure everything out. It was close to the airport for our last minute cancellation and very clean. Beds were comfy. AC was cold.”
“Very close to the airport, very well decorated and clean main floor and shared spaces. The staff was really kind and they had cute grab and go bags with adorable hand drawn drawings on them which just would brighten up anyone's day (the staff member who did them needs a raise and is very kind! I think her name was ROZ). The room itself was clean however the pool and hot tub area (there was like green broccoli like stuff floating in the hot tub and the corners were black) were a bit dirty and the walls in the elevator, walls in the halls, and walls on the door were visibility dirty (however I'm assuming they are tough stains that are hard to get out and the only way to fix them would be repaint which is probably very expensive and difficult to coordinate for a busy hotel near the airport). I would stay here again happily if I needed to bring someone to the airport early ☺!”

“Love this place. This is the 2nd time staying here as both our kids live in Milwaukee, we are from Roscoe, Il. There are lots of food options because it's close to a mall. The free drinks at 5 p.m. and free breakfast are a big plus. They are very attentive to any questions or needs. Will definately stay here again. Oh, by the way, did I mention how reasonable it is with all the amenities!”

“This was my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a nice experience. The hotel itself was nice, and I especially liked the interior and design of the rooms. I also really appreciated the location, as it was close to many stores and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient.
The staff were decent and provided the expected level of service you would typically receive at a hotel. One thing that was disappointing, however, was the confusion surrounding the breakfast. I was initially told that breakfast was included, but when I went to get it, I was charged around $15. I didn’t see any sign indicating that breakfast had an additional cost. The following day, I noticed that a sign had been put up explaining the breakfast pricing. I think it would have been helpful to have the sign displayed consistently so guests know the cost ahead of time rather than finding out when they go to get breakfast.
Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was busy with many guests, and I noticed there was also a special events space where weddings and other events are held, which was a nice feature. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located hotel, and I would consider staying here again.”
“Me and my family really love this place it's nice and clean.yiur getting a 5 Star experience at a low rate with customer service professional service clean rooms. I haven't had customer service like this in years. The staff is the determining factor they go above and beyond not one time every time. What else can you ask for. Oh the manager really made my morning by asking me how my morning was and was super nice and it's real.”
“Stayed at this location for a one night trip with my boyfriend. The room was clean and the bed & pillows were probably the most comfortable we've slept in/on, on any of our recent trips. The bathroom was beautiful and I loved the fact it was a spacious walk-in shower with glass doors. We both would have liked a few more options for breakfast that would have allowed us to take something on the road, as we checked out right around the same time best breakfast started being served.”

“For the price, the hotel is decent. I do recommend a deep cleaning of the carpet, the pool area needs some ventilation, the breakfast is terrible. No one wants to eat the same thing every morning if you are staying the multiple nights. The staff is nice. The area is so quiet which I love. Just a few things that need to be addressed but I would come back.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They have an 8 foot deep pool that’s covered with a glass ceiling, it was beautiful to swim in. They also have a nice little hot tub. They called to check and see how we were liking our room about 30 minutes after we checked in, our bathroom door handle was a little broken but they offered to move us to a different room immediately. Their TV allows you to log into Netflix and such if you want to watch something other than cable. The beds are nice but they are extremely soft and the pillows are very thing and soft so they don’t offer much support if you have a bad back or anything. It’s near by a lot of restaurants and within like 2 miles of a Walgreens and Walmart. Only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee.”

“Didn't want to stay here, however we were stranded by United Airlines for the night and all surrounding hotels were booked up. The staff, man in the evening and woman in the morning were very friendly, personable, and helpful. Sometimes that makes all the difference. Price was decent with refundable deposit, and the room was not all that bad.”

The check in gal was amazing, but.. I forgot her name, since it was 2 weeks 😳 ago, I'm so terribly sorry. But she needs a raise.”
