“Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! Super appreciate all the information he gave me; because of Alex I was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes unlike the 4-5 hours I spent with other people!”

“There is nothing I can say, but GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! Right from the start of construction, coming up 7 Mile Rd., to installation, to cable burial, everyone did a wonderful job. I don't know the names of the construction crew, but they were fabulous. The installer, Jeremy, kept my hose clean coming in and out. He took extra care around my wife's flower gardens. They took into account that I'm a 3rd Shifter, and they accommodated my needs by scheduling everything first thing in the morning.Thank-you!”

“I had been a lifelong AT&T customer that slowly became disenchanted with my cell and data coverage service. My wife and I began experiencing dropped calls and dead spots where data was simply unavailable. A work colleague introduced us to the T-Mobile store in New Berlin WI. The staff at the T Mobile store was extremely helpful and conducted a very thorough cost saving comparison. I wasn’t sure whether the actual estimated cost savings (monthly savings of $150+ over cost of AT&T) would really pan out or not. In addition, the staff led by Danielle and assisted by Katie and Evan helped us to move 9 nine phone lines, and then upgrade 5 of them to the newest iPhone 16 Pro phones (all of which were in stock at our local store that same day). In the end, my wife and I simply wanted faster more reliable data coverage. Well, after our first full month of service and billing with T Mobile I can honestly say that we obtained all of the estimated cost savings on our very first monthly bill (we didn’t have to wait 3 billing cycles…) and the quality, signal strength and reliability of our data coverage was truly remarkable.”
“The associates here are very kind, patient and helpful. I came to switch another user to my old phone and get a new phone myself. The process, while involved and lengthy as such things always are, was painless and not unpleasant. Ben helped me select a new phone, thoroughly relating the costs, specs and user experience of different models. He answered all of my questions (there were many) in a comprehensive and tactful manner. “Time for an upgrade for my wife's Pixel 3. Replaced it with a Samsung 15 $200. Also helped one of my granddaughters. She's been having trouble with her Mint Mobil account (phone & connectivity problems). Decided to add her to our Spectrum account. Turns out there is a special on the Pixel 8 Pro (normally $1000 now $500) + trade in. She had a Pixel 7 and we got $205 trade in. Ended up getting the 8 for around $300 plus unlimited service is $30 vs the $40 she was paying.
Not trying to do a commercial for Spectrum, but we found a couple of great deals when we were in need of some changes.”

He offered to install the screen protector and slipped on the phone case. I was in and out very quickly. Very sociable and attentive service. Thanks”

Largely due to the exceptional leadership of Keisha. After several failed attempts to rectify my problem on my own, I was particularly impressed with Keisha's ability to efficiently handle the complex issue with my account through T Mobiles customer service department. She also created a welcoming and efficient atmosphere in the store, even during the busy periods.
Beyond this specific instance, I've found that Keisha and her staff possess a strong understanding of the products, services, and industry.
