I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! Super appreciate all the information he gave me; because of Alex I was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes unlike the 4-5 hours I spent with other people!”

“There is nothing I can say, but GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! Right from the start of construction, coming up 7 Mile Rd., to installation, to cable burial, everyone did a wonderful job. I don't know the names of the construction crew, but they were fabulous. The installer, Jeremy, kept my hose clean coming in and out. He took extra care around my wife's flower gardens. They took into account that I'm a 3rd Shifter, and they accommodated my needs by scheduling everything first thing in the morning.Thank-you!”

“Daewon D. was more than helpful and patient in helping me transfer my I had massive difficulties changing my wireless phone service from AT&T to Spectrum so that I could take advantage of their one year of service for free. He was on the phone for hours dealing with the difficulties presented by AT&T. I had come in on Christmas Eve 2025 and Daewon stayed past closing time after having already been on the phone for HOURS with them. Plus every time I have come into the Drexel store I have always been helped effectively and efficiently.”

“Shout out to the Store Manager, 'Robinson', for his professionalism and quick attention to service. I entered the store and within 20 minutes I had my issue resolved, even though there was a wait list for people to be seen. Came to the store to exchange some outdated equipment that gave me it's last and he attended me quickly and got me a a better deal and informed me of how I could bundle more and save. Gives Spectrum a good name.”
