Yes, her prices are a bit higher than the chain pet store groomers, but not once did I have to worry about her well-being. The results were always adorable and well worth the few extra dollars. Gracie recently "crossed the rainbow bridge", but if I ever get another dog, she will be going to Lulu's Dog Pawlour. Thank you so much Linda!Update: I have a new dog, and am taking her to Linda's too. Same great service.Update 2: Linda has now retired. Happy for her! Luckily, her associate Shannon has purchased the business. Our first visit went very smoothly. Will keep coming back.

I wanted to make sure I made the right choices for him to have the best quality of life possible for the time he had left. She was so informative and kind. I felt that Dr. Thelen gave him the best care. I see her for all of my pets needs now and have recommended her to family also. Thank you for your dedication Doc!

2735 W Rawson Ave, FranklinI called to see if I could get my sick kitty seen because our regular vet couldn’t get him in for 2 days and I was able to get on the schedule for the very next day. The day of the appointment, they even called to see if I could come in 30 minutes early. Dr. Stephanie & Ruth were INCREDIBLE. They sincerely cared for my fur baby and explained everything to me during the exam, their recommendations and costs of everything. They called me the next day to go over bloodwork and to check on my Leo and answered my questions. They treated us so wonderfully during this stressful time and it felt like we had been going to them forever….and now will be! Thank you so much Star Vet, Dr. Stephanie & Ruth!

On another note , i feel the need to finally say something . The receptionists are for the most part, friendly and efficient . Melissa is great .
Any time I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tiffany , she is most unfriendly and rude . She actually greets you with a blank stare to the point of complete uncomfortableness . Very unsettling to deal with this behavior at the Vets office . If it wasn’t for Dr.T being so good , i would take my business elsewhere .

Central Bark Franklin
9550 S 60th St, FranklinI’ve been bringing my Ace to Central Bark for a few months now, and we are both loving it! He gets so excited when we pull into the lot and he realizes he’s at “school”. He loves daycare and the staff, which is a big plus for me as it can be a little nerve-racking leaving your fur baby in the hands of others, but the staff here are absolutely wonderful, and he always comes home completely exhausted so I fully trust that he is getting the best care here. I really do appreciate how kind and welcoming the staff is, and how sweet they are to my boy!
I also really like the retail space here, and the services they offer. I’ve been able to get Ace’s nails trimmed here a few times before pickup which I really appreciate- and they’re the only ones who have been able to do it without him getting nervous!
