They were very personable and interactive with my family. One of my kids lives in a different state and they made upgrading her phone absolutely painless! We definitely found our new location for service! We went in for just one upgrade, but walked out with new devices for everyone, and a cheaper bill. They are upfront which is what made us upgrade everyone. Super happy! 5 phones and upgrade internet.”

“Daewon D. was more than helpful and patient in helping me transfer my I had massive difficulties changing my wireless phone service from AT&T to Spectrum so that I could take advantage of their one year of service for free. He was on the phone for hours dealing with the difficulties presented by AT&T. I had come in on Christmas Eve 2025 and Daewon stayed past closing time after having already been on the phone for HOURS with them. Plus every time I have come into the Drexel store I have always been helped effectively and efficiently.”
“I was in the store to get a new SIm Card because was requested for the Customer Service of Verizon to change it but I was waiting for 39 minutes and I never got the srrvuce, including never was registered to get the service, I hope they are no racist because I was the only Hispanic customer in the place for a full hour. Review: After I wrote this review I thought the Manager came to me and provide me the service. Great! I feel they respect everyone now!”

“They were very accommodating with the installation. The city made them jump through hoops to run fiber under the road but they made they made it work. They even addressed temporarily transferring the home phone to a cell phone until they could complete their installation that included home phone service. Finally, reliable home phone and fast internet in a rural community.
Their communication could have been better when they came back to bury the fiber though. People just showed up, unannounced and started slicing open the lawn. It would have been nice if they gave a call ahead and said what day they would be there to do it. At least they could have knocked on the door when they arrived and said who they were and what they were doing on the property.”
