“Shipped a 5-lb package to my son and his girl friend in Hilo, Hawaii. The postal worker was pleasant, diligent and on-point. For a December 16th shipment, it was not super busy, so everything went smoothly. A nice experience.

“Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service today from the manager Sylvia. She took my phone call, helped me track down a package (that hadn't arrived at the post office yet) but was expecting it today.
She literally CALLED ME when the package came in from the route. WHO DOES THAT AT A POST OFFICE?? I never even knew in my 45 years of living that customer service at a post office was even possible like I had today!

“Glad there are still USPS facilities around. This one is a little gem that gets it's fair share of traffic.
The wait times are manageable and the staff takes its time with the costumers and freely give advice. They always seem freindly.
Parking is just enough for the size of this facility.
Never had an issue.
Make sure you check the times they're open. They close for lunch time, so plan accordingly.”
“Our mail carrier(Samantha Decker) has had our area a few years now. I recently asked her name because I believe when someone shows outstanding work ethics they should be recognized. Sam always has a smile and is very friendly. Never any problems with our service. And Our dog just loves her. He waits at the door to say hello, because sometimes he gets out when i open the door and she patiently helps get him back inside. Its quite humorous because you can tell she's in a bit of a hurry and doesnt have time for doggie tag☺️however shes never rude or upset, but helps get him back in for his safety. She has great energy and reminds me of what service to others is really about. One day she took a moment to listen, and that is a beautiful quality in a person. We need more examples of goodness in our world. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Sam for adding smiles along your route!”
