“I have lived in Saxony Village for 5+ years and have been very happy with the property management and the general maintenance of the property. Every time we have put in a maintenance request it gets taken care of in a very timely manor. The communication has been clear and great on all of the happenings in the complex and has given good peace of mind.
Our lease agreement has always seemed clear regarding all rules and expectations with nothing being unusual or unjust.
The general neighbors have always been respectful and kind in passing.
There are great benefits with the garden plots, dog area and fenced dog park, and the community room that has been a great and affordable option for us to host some bigger gatherings and life events.
I cannot suggest renting through JBJ enough based on my personal experience.”
