“I honestly never thought of Germantown WalMart for auto tires. I'm glad I went there, price was great and the service was excellent. Arrived a few minutes early, they took my car right away. Walked around the store, 45 minutes later I get a text. My car is done. Couldn't believe it. My new place to go from now on. The guys there are very friendly. Other garages will not see me anymore. Keep up the great work guys! 👍”
“Great Kudos to Larry and Roadrunner Car Wash in Menomonee Falls. My relative was on auto pay for car washes at Roadrunner and became disabled and was no longer driving. She never stopped the auto pay and was deducted 40 monthly for a car wash. When I took over paying her bills, I realized she had been paying for a car wash for over a year and had not been using this service. I contacted Roadrunner to discontinue this auto deduct and spoke with Larry about getting a refund for the previous year's charges. He was very accommodating and gave us a 2 month refund which could be done through the computer, but then explained he couldn't go further back than that, but gave us a one year free future car wash program for another car. Thank you Larry. Great customer accommodations. Highly recommend !!!! Five Stars for customer service and community business responsibility.”

“Went in for urgent oil change.Henry was very though and let me see my dipstick and sold me on some cil cleaner/flush and a filter that would clean the oil better..car burns oil and said that could help..
It was also in a timely manner.

“This review is for TJ at the body shop, 5-stars for himI brought my car in for body work. He is a professional and took care of the repairs.Car looked like it was new. Needed rear valance/fasica, bumper cover repaired. Also needed front fasica, grille/emblem, and hood repair/replaced for new repair. Did tell me that if I kept the hood that there would be a crease in the repaired result. Maybe I could have lived with that, I just prefer saving parts. No issue.Kind of surprised the number of dealers that don't have body shops. I would consider bringing other cars here, with him in charge.I did end up finding one of the floor mat anchors under the seat. Not sure why they were removed, but one is enough to stop the slipping.Also 1-star for that one fired service advisor attempted to force and harass me into warranty work that I did not authorize. I got into a hot arguement with him on the phone to just give my car back. Seemed to be working off of commisison the way he was.”
