Apple Bayshore provides awesome and extremely helpful customer service. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and personable, making for a great experience. The Genius Bar offers honest and considerate help, walking customers through repairs and options. The location is well-staffed, so guests are greeted immediately and helped quickly even when busy. Employees are seamless in handling complicated requests. The process is easy, from check-in to setting up appointments and diagnostics. Many customers recommend the store for its reliable service, noting it never lets you down.
zach put the genius in the genius bar. extremely helpful guy even though my computer is toast. so appreciate him and his honesty. i now will forever have apple care and sam i will not use google chrome again. from the two girls who were lost in the sauce.

The absolute best. This is exactly why I own Apple products. The staff that they have are awesome and extremely helpful. Its pretty sad how Bayshore has turned into a garbage pit but the Apple Store never lets you down.
