“This review is long overdue! I have been taking my computers to Milwaukee PC for years. I have had several techs and all have taken care of my issues fast with great care while providing exceptional customer service. Most recently, Ben assisted me and had my problem resolved within 15 minutes. This was after a tech in TX caused the issue (along with cosmetic damage to my laptop ). Milwaukee PC takes the time to properly diagnose the problem, explain the issues and at a very reasonable cost. Great company with great techs! I highly recommend Milwaukee PC.”

“I had ordered a laptop from Dell, but for some reason, they canceled my order, so I decided to buy a laptop at Best Buy. I had an amazing experience with Richie and Aiden from geek squad (I believe those were their names). They went out of their way to work with me for over an hour to make sure I had the best laptop possible for school. At first, I was looking at a Lenova which was cheaper online than in store and they offered to price match for me! But then Aiden recommended a much better laptop for a cheaper price. I've also worked with Richie in the past before and can say that he is always super helpful. My dad is looking for a new laptop, and so I told him to go to Best Buy and ask for Richie/Aiden because they were so helpful. I will definitely be back! :)”
