“I discovered my PC hard drive was out of space. I knew if I went to Best Buy the geek squad would take forever to upgrade my computer and charge me a fortune. So instead I shipped it by UPS to Quality Computer Services from my winter home in Phoenix Arizona. Their techie Tony Palletti was able to add a ton of storage to the hard drive and ship it back to me within days.More importantly after seven hours of work with Dropbox they were not able to retrieve the 4000 files they had deleted. My business depended on getting that Dropbox correctly reinstalled. Tony was able to do this in minutes.There's no better techies on the planet the that Can beat these highly competent professionals.. Don't waste your time at Best Buy Geek Squad or any other repair shop. They are world-class and can do just about anything you need done remotely. “This review is for Alec, the brightest and kindest person ever! We came in at 7:10 and there was a line to talk to sales people. Once he was available around 7:40 (closing time is 8), he still helped us purchase our iPhones. We had issues and he stayed late continuing to help us, and even went above and beyond to resolve a technical issue we had on Apple for yeaaaars. “Went to the Best Buy near the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa WI . The employees said hello to us and asked what we were looking for, told them a Television . A young girl by the name of DiDi asked a few questions and then showed us a couple . We were in and out within 10-15 minutes . No pressure about the warranty . She told us all we needed . The tv we purchased is top,of the line so there shouldn't be any issues setting up . “Know a guy who went in to purchase a 4K blu ray and left with an AV receiver due to the sales reps (lack of) knowledge. Once it was hooked up could not get the DVD in obviously. Accompanied to exchange for Blu Ray player and the experience was flawless. knowledgeable floor guy this time and easy transaction at the customer service desk. Great staff friendly and clean environment. Would recommend this location!”

“This is a good Best Buy store. Employees are welcoming and very helpful when you have questions or need help with anything. They are very nice. My brothers really like going here. Lots of good deals pop up once in a while too. There are lots of options to choose from for the basics such as appliances and commonly used electronics, or there are lots of more specific items for gaming, photography, phones, etc. It’s fun just to walk around in the store and look at everything they have, even if you don’t need a specific device. I recommend this location.”
