We stopped in just to check out the sleep number products and was greeted by Keynote right away and he was great! We were not pressured to buy anything…and we didn’t. He didn’t dismiss us, he was not condescending, he didn’t make us feel that this was our one and only chance to get a deal. He answered our questions, showed us the tech, gave us a quote, and was fantastic! Although we didn’t buy anything today, when we decide to do it, we will find him.
