“I’ve never been in Buckle before. I always passed it by and my family was too conservative to dress in “Buckle” style. While shopping with a friend, she urged me to look at buckle for a new outfit. I am a curvier girl and was thrilled to see how many tops were available in my size and still actually cute. (Other stores typically only have loose frumpy things left in XL/XXL) Then we met Shannon, I have NEVER had such a wonderful and helpful sales associate while shopping before. Shopping for jeans is usually a nightmare for me that results in frustration and leaving empty handed. She did a great job listening to my concerns and finding the perfect jeans to fit my body the way it was supposed to look. I wish I could give a direct review about her and our amazing experience with her. I will most certainly be visiting this store again next time I’m in the area. Thank you for restoring my ability to look cute when going out with friends.”

“Bought a custom suit through Nick for my wedding. First off Nick was fantastic to work with. Came to my home to take measurements and walked me through the whole process. The suit! I was nervous spending so much money on one suit but this is by far the most comfortable suit and best looking suit I own. I get so many compliments on it. When picking a suit for events this is the suit I chose! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”
“I have been shopping at this location often for 5+ years. I was frustrated with the pickup location being moved to the back of the store because I have 2 little ones that I bring in with me and it is supposed to be convenient. Now we have to walk through all the toys to get our “convenient” pickup. I was also frustrated because the app changed and there was no way for me to select “pick up” when I was there and ready to get my order with my little ones. I finally asked an employee, Brooklyn, and she was so helpful right away! We didn’t find it on the app but she pulled up my order on her end. THEN, my little guy was set on getting a toy and was having a breakdown when I reminded him we were not here to get toys. Brooklyn saw me struggling and was so sweet and offered to put it back on the shelf and “save” it for my little guy. He listened to her immediately. Brooklyn was so kind and attentive. She was so aware of the customers and what was going on around her. I’m not sure how much I will shop there now that the convenience part of my shopping experience is no longer convenient but thankful Brooklyn saved the day!”
“After a horrible experience at the Dicks Sporting Good store in Appleton my wife went into your store to spend a $10 rewards certificate. We were greeted by a friendly young man who commented on my Brewers cap. We talked for a moment about County Stadium (he was too young), Miller Park and the new American Family Field. “I had to pop on here and leave a review for not only this store, but their employee Taylor, from when we shopped today. Taylor was probably the most helpful and friendly employee I have encountered in a retail setting in years. Taylor helped locate the exact shoe my son was looking for (waterproof boot style shoe), gave helpful recommendations for wear, and laced up the shoe so fast it was like magic. It was so refreshing experiencing real customer service! Before we were helped, I also saw other customers getting awesome service. I am so happy with our purchases and honestly this is why people shop retail and how buying online, even though I love it, can’t compete with a store experience. I hope Taylor is appreciated by Vans because I was blown away and shocked they had the exact shoe my son wanted, in his size and how kindly we were treated. Thank you!”
“The two ladies working tonight when I went in were so helpful!! Both adorably friendly and kind and helped me find what I was looking for and more! One even found me a gift set to help save money vs just buying the regular full size and both were super personable and just seemed genuinely nice and interested in helping me! “We have been going to Kohl’s for the longest time. Never had a bad experience or anything negative to say about any Kohl’s location. Speaking for myself at least and recent experience, I don’t know if this applies to all locations, but the Northland location has only one checkout line setup rather you are going to self checkout or registers. Me and my family were looking to use the self checkout one day and had asked the people in front of us if any of them were looking to use the self checkout if not we were going to politely pass. All of them said no, but one man didn’t seem to appreciate us cutting in line so he told us we should wait in line. Mind you that day was in fact busy the line was long so I understand the frustration of people cutting in line, but I just think if there was 2 separate lines one for self checkout and one for the registers it would be a lot easier, efficient and less angry people:)”
“Derek and Tiffany were extremely helpful today. They did not have a product in stock and I am on a bit of a time crunch due to country thunder happening in less than 5 days. They were able to order one for me from another store to give it a chance at arriving before I need to leave. Even if it doesn’t come in time, I am extremely grateful for the customer service they both provided. 10/10 experience, will be back soon!”
“Came to get get some clothes for 3 month year old and surprised by the selection. Highly recommend it. The exterior of the store may need some work. There was quite of bit of trash overflowing by the entrance. One of door had a caution tape up. Looking like a crime scene.”

“It was a great experience, fast, friendly, good recommendations and fit my budget.
Stopped in to rent a suit for an upcoming wedding. Had some thoughts of buying but wasn’t totally sold on it.
The two gentlemen helping me, Michael and Lawson, were great to work with. They got me a suit I was comfortable buying and a pair of shoes that fit well and were comfortable. They helped me find pants that fit comfortably and a jacket that fit well and I think looks pretty nice. They helped me find exactly what I needed and answered all questions along the way.
Definite recommend for future stops and if I need anything further, I’ll be in so they can try to upsell me some more!”
