We dropped off 4 tires & rims to be mounted and balanced and not only were they fast, but also ended up being the most cost effective. Casaloma Discount Tire quoted $320 (extremely high), Calumet Discount Tire quoted $179, Matthew’s didn’t call us back.”

“Got a low tire pressure notification after midnight with a group leaving the Packers game and ended up at the Kwik Trip next door for air. Turns out it was a bad puncture and the tire was totally flat. People said that we were right next door to a place that could help. Left the car overnight and got to Zetner's right as they opened. The KINDEST gentleman walked over to Kwik Trip and looked at the tire, found the problem, let us know he could fix it and helped us get the car next door. 45 minutes later we were back up and running! SOOOOOO incredibly thankful we stopped at this exact exit and we're right where we needed to be. Anyone in the area, I'd suggest taking your car here!”

Long; I had a walk-in on a Friday for a special but fairly common maintenance item. Quick suspension bushing press in job. They fit me in same day which helped my situation. I was asked for any specific requests or considerations with it. Given the cost and rarity of what I entrusted them with, I greatly appreciate that. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to the big chain service centers. With my limited experience (but hopefully more in the future) I’m glad they’re a part of the local community! Took my car over there and unfortunately the car ended up having to be junked, but I am more than thankful I took it to this shop and had the chance to work with Mike on trying to get the car up and running again. “Oil change went well and they found a dirty cabin air filter,worn windshield wipers and corded battery terminal. I had them clean the battery and replace the filter. I told them I had new windshield wipers so I can change them myself. My car is probably good for another year.”
