“The process to rent one of these storage units was very easy and straightforward. And they are exactly as advertised; clean and safe. The doors have the built In lock style that is impossible to cut so I feel very safe keeping a vehicle there. The price is quite reasonable. There was a $25 nonrefundable application fee I had to pay which was a little odd but I guess everybody is doing that now. The unit was spotless when I got it and the location is such that it is pretty private. Everyone I talked to at Toonen Properties, who own the units and a ton of other stuff, were very helpful and prompt. I'm very satisfied.”

“We’re really loving our new apartment at the Aria Place. Our 3 bedroom is very roomy with lots of bathrooms, big closets and space. The floors, countertops and paint colors are very tasteful. We have the upstairs closet converted into a playroom and the other closet converted into an office. My kids love to play in the back yard space, I enjoy drinking coffee on the patio, and we’re only a short walk to the playground. It’s a perfect place for our family.”

“Recent change in management to Focus property management and the difference is very tangible. Shared spaces feel more inviting and look like they’ve had a facelift with many noticeable updates (new door handles feel more secure and dumpsters are cleaner than i’ve seen in a while - shout out to Jason)

Do I have annoying neighbors? Only one, but that's apartment living!

How long does it take to get things fixed? Usually it's within the same day, if not within an hour. It's actually rare for me to call them and this place was constructed before I was born. Today, I called about my wall unit ac being broken and it was replaced within the hour. The new unit is also an upgrade. The maintenance employees are always polite.

The property is kept immaculate all seasons tho I wish we had a shared location in the wooded area for recreation/grilling.

Murphy has also worked with me if I have had problems with my bank (they sent two checks at once!) or need to make a payment arrangement.

The best part is that in the 5 years I've lived here my rent has gone up a combined total of $100. Most people I know get that much of a raise every year.”
