“We came into work today with a bad battery back up. We went to work with our virtual IT to troubleshoot the problem. Once identified, we needed to find a battery. With no luck at several of our local stores, we enlisted the help of Batteries Plus. Nick went out of his way to help me. We are a non-profit, located an hour away. He set up an account for us over the phone, accepted payment and allowed one of our volunteer drivers to pick up the battery for us. Five stars for sure. Thanks Batteries Plus!”

As someone who’s not very inclined to cars and vehicle maintenance, I hate coming to these shops because most workers tend to be rude or make me feel stupid for not knowing things about cars. When Ryan helped me, he was very kind and informative regarding my engine check light. He provided other options that I could try out to fix my engine leak.
