“I have been shopping at Menards since Menards has been opened. I like Menards. I am always satisfied with customer service. Customers don't get the service at other places like we do at Menards.”

“I am absolutely never disappointed by the West Green Bay Home Depot. Recently acquiring a home built in 1953, renovations are a must! Every employee is always more than willing to ask if we have any questions, or to point us in the right direction. Customer service is always awesome. I highly suggest utilizing their app also for finding things in the store. Accuracy is awesome. P.S. I am also a pro member, but no employee knows that until checkout, so it does not affect how I am treated in the store.”

They accepted delivery (Appreciated) * Check in: Check in office is by the docks, you can find easily. * Nobody was there, One guy saw me. He called someone right away and gave me dock number * They unloaded around 2 hours. 47 palets. Palets were not organized. I think they unloaded quick. Thank you for all workers”

“Love going to this store, always find something I didnt know I needed. On that note we recently bought a small microwave for our camper. In the process of paying for it I unknowingly dropped a paycheck I had signed for deposit in the credit union. When i got home i looked for that check for a week everywhere but unable to find it. A few days later I received an envelope from green BayRestore and to my surprise my check was in there. A volunteer had found it on the floor gave it to a supervisor who mailed it to me.Great workers and supervisor there who went above and beyond. Thanks again”

“We love the service guys. They are friendly and helpful and did a great job. The only issue is that it's hard to get ahold of them and for them to respond to calls and they say they will get back with you but don't even after repeated calls and talking with them. This is the only reason we gave them a 4 rating instead of a 5. They are a very busy company which is good for them and their business.”
