“Today in Green Bay Wisconsin within mili seconds Eliott Janz was able to complete a task that the AT&T store, next to that one Walmart, in Lafayette Louisiana was unable to assist me with over several days and hours. “I worked with Ben at this Verizon store. He remembered me from 2+ years ago. He was friendly, and attentive. He even stayed late to make sure my data transferred. I had a lot of data and it took quite a while to transfer to my new phone. He was very personable. I didn't feel like I was talking to a robot while waiting for the data to transfer. He is the reason I drive 45 minutes to go to this store instead of the store 15 minutes from my house.”
“My mother has been in twice now for her phones wifi not working twice she has been sent home with out the problem being fixed.

I don't know if they have changed policies or people but my interaction was not good. The phone I bought in May began having issues with voicemail in Sept. I took it in to Bellevue store, made a change that was supposed to fix it. Took it back in Oct, Was told that model phone has voicemail issues. It was sent in to repair. The "fix" was visual voicemail which didn't always work. Took it back again. They wanted to send it in again. Warrantee runs out in May. Wanted a new phone. Called customer resolution was told they would buy back the phone $250 and if I chose a phone less than $580, it would be free. Told to go in the next day, Dec 1 as specials would be better. Went back, employee very imperious, said the $580 special was over and 8 would have to pay off my phone if I wanted a new one. Left as I was very frustrated and went to W De Pere store. Employee was awesome but said I was given wrong info from customer resolution. He made two calls, added new info to my record. Apparently I was on a "special" plan that wasn't available any longer. Told me to call "Loyalty" program. Spoke to Sarah in loyalty who said if I wanted to keep my special program I could get the $250 for my phone as a trade in. I'd get nothing if I went elsewhere and would have to play off my phone if I went somewhere else. This phone has a known problem with voicemail and it was still for sale in both stores. Why did the Resolution person give me one story which Sarah said was an error and wouldn't honor it. I'm not buying the "customer first." I'm not going into a new longer contract so will keep my phone with voicemail that works sometimes and go elsewhere when it's paid off or if I find someone who will buy my contract on their special.”

“The only reason I would recommend this company is because of Store Manager Kevin that works at the Cricket Wireless in Green Bay, WI on the corner of Main and Mason!! He has provided me with the absolute BEST customer service that I have received anywhere in my 32 years alive!! However, your people that work for 611 need to all be fired and hand over the responsibilities to the stores. Those that work in the call center when you call 611 are so absolutely rude and horrible!! They were horrible when I called myself and they were horrible when Kevin called for me. The supervisor we were transferred to on the call was the worst of them all!! Your company should be ashamed of themselves for how they let some of the employees treat customers! You need to hire more like Kevin!! After this incident, Kevin is the ONLY reason why I'm not shutting off my service and going elsewhere!! I know that if I go into this store with an issue, he with do everything and anything he can to make things right or figure out an issue!!”

An absolute blessing thrown into an emotional mess. Having to get a phone you don't want (256 GB Edge) in Florida because you're on the road and then needing to upgrade (512 GB Utra) when you get to your next destination only to be turned away by a different ATT Store was so frustrating. Yes I could do it myself, maybe but probably not! Maybe not a big enough sale??
I then found my self at ATT Green Bay.
Stephanies kindness and understanding was beyond appreciated. I left with just what I wanted and a new ATT Store.
I highly recommend everyone to see her. Her knowledge and commitment to Customer Care was 10/10. Five stars is not enough. It was like making a new friend. Thank you again. You are blessed!
