“This is one mall that lost a couple of anchor stores, which is very disappointing. Sears and Boston Store are gone. I've been going to this mall since I was a kid. I've seen stores come and go, but it still stayed in business. With the two anchor stores leaving it's a challenge, but I believe it will still stay in business. The holidays really make this mall more popular. The decorations are beautiful and festive. Not much crime or loitering. Security has a handle hear. It does need some more restaurants inside the mall. They've built a beautiful Marcus theater on the outside of the mall and there are plenty of restaurants outside too. I've noticed they've been putting more restaurants in the mall, hopefully more stores will be attracted to the influx of more people.”

“I did not have a lot of familiarity with this store despite driving by it daily as it is literally right by my apartment building. I stopped in there today on a whim to look at some sales merchandise. Almost immediately a welcoming Justin offered to check current markdown prices on two purses I had selected. While that gesture might not seem that extraordinary, to me it sure was —because good, proactive customer service just doesn’t exist very prevalently any more— much less with a smile and an open, welcoming attitude. Justin exemplifies what providing top notch customer service looks like: the focus is the customer and how can you make them satisfied. It’s not always about the sale. The sale could happen at a later date. But a positive experience with staff is what builds a business. THAT is how word of mouth spreads about the good a business is doing and providing. I hope Justin will be recognized in some special way for being a stand-out in customer service. He is a true asset to your organization.”
