“I had issues with my giftcards at the store today, and without the help of Keith I wouldn't be writing such a positive review. Keith spent his time calling district managers, customer service and more just to resolve this issue. Not only was the issue resolved but he gave us a discount for our troubles, I will definitely be coming back now that I know Tilly's puts their customers first. I tried looking for a spot to review employees on their website but I couldn't find anything so that's why I'm writing it here. Thank you Keith!”

“This is one mall that lost a couple of anchor stores, which is very disappointing. Sears and Boston Store are gone. I've been going to this mall since I was a kid. I've seen stores come and go, but it still stayed in business. With the two anchor stores leaving it's a challenge, but I believe it will still stay in business. The holidays really make this mall more popular. The decorations are beautiful and festive. Not much crime or loitering. Security has a handle hear. It does need some more restaurants inside the mall. They've built a beautiful Marcus theater on the outside of the mall and there are plenty of restaurants outside too. I've noticed they've been putting more restaurants in the mall, hopefully more stores will be attracted to the influx of more people.”

“My shopping intentions for this evening was to purchase at Journey’s Kidz. However, due to lack of customer service I stopped by Foot Locker. When I entered Foot Locker I was warmly greeted by three (3) sales associates. I perused the store and found a shoe I wasn’t even considering. The young lady who helped me was very courteous and efficient. Honestly, they all made my shopping easy whereas I was willing to purchase another item. Sadly, the item was not in stock. The manager came out and greeted me as well. I was grateful for the service received this evening. From entering and upon leaving, I was acknowledged. I do want to point out that looking for great service you as the consumer have to be pleasant as well. It makes the experience so much better. It only takes one (1) smile or grand gesture to add value to someone’s day! The entire team at Foot Locker definitely checked the “E’s” in customer service; Easy, Efficient, and Exceptional! I highly recommend this store and will stop BUY in the near future!”
