    “The LIDS store @ Southridge mall had a fun, upbeat atmosphere, and a ton of new stock for the holiday season, so I had plenty to choose from. I was there to buy a few Christmas gifts, but it was almost overwhelming to someone who does not know much about hats. But the employee knew his stuff and he actually had me make a call to find out hat sizes. Once I had that info., he helped me to pick out some great gifts.”

    “I had an awesome experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods thanks to Nate, Ryan, and Tyler. They were incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure the item I was purchasing was priced correctly after noticing the online price was different. They took the time to help me find the product, answered all my questions, and made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and great to talk to. Customer service like this is hard to find these days.
