“Wow. Where do I begin? I am in town and needed some last minute copies. I stumbled into Action DDS. The first thing I noticed was a giant bowl of chocolates on the counter (the good stuff too!). The two gentlemen who worked there were friendly and helpful. I simply had to email my copies to them and they did the rest, easy peasy. While I was waiting they handed me an envelope with their business info and a Powerball ticket. And did I mention there are a couple of arcade games you can play while you wait? I mean, they had me at chocolate but who doesn’t like Pac Man?! In short, if you are looking for exemplary service, with a personal touch this is the place. Look no further. 5 shiny stars.”

Sometimes they mix my last name up with another person of the last name but soon as i ask about a package the correct it and since i havent had any problems. The crew here is great and now that they remodeled the building it looks much better. They always greet me when i come and one employee knows me by my Box # (which i like cuz knowing a familiar faces is a plus). But all in all i love UPS and the staff.
