“Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. He was pausing to see if they would try and take it. He is an amazing person. Thank you so much Sir.”

“Wait was o.k. One clerk had to reboot his computer. He helped people picking up mail while his computer was booting up. The 2nd clerk helped the customers that were waiting to mail stuff. It was a little wait but nothing significant. Mailed a box for Thursday delivery and it got there a couple of days early, which was great. Overall it was a good experience.”

“This is definitely a classic post office. Does not have a drive-through but does have a walk up drop off box with earlier pick up. Going inside will lead you to a full service, classic old-fashioned type post office with post office boxes and passport services.
The postal workers are generally friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem. The lines are not usually incredibly long unless of course it’s Christmas. But you’re usually in and out quickly and can always beat the meters outside on street parking that is offered.”
“The staff is always nice and helpful here! Super easy to hold mail and pick up here (or have carrier deliver). Plus, our neighborhood carriers dispatch from here and they are the best!!! Shout out to Dave and Freddy (and their subs on days off).”

Everytime the clerks were very helpful.The location is easy to get to from the highway and typically not as busy. When ever I am in the area I plan on utilizing this location.Thank you to this location and workers for their prompt customer service it is very much appreciated.Please give this review a thumbs up.”

“The day I went in, they were very busy. I had a package that had been mailed to the wrong address. The clerk took the time to trace my package and gave me a phone number to a manager that could possibly help me intercept my package. I was able to intercept my package and picked it up at a different location. I wish I could name the young lady who helped me. She was so kind, very polite and obviously very helpful.”

“Everyone that works here that I've met had a absolutely GREAT PERSONALITY, and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. There's only 1 Lady who works Up Front at the Customer Service Counter, that is way too picky and serious. She will never laugh. Our Apartment Building gets Prestamped Envelopes from our Landlord to pay Rent, and if the Date on the Stamped Envelope isn't the same exact day. This Lady makes me Pay for a Stamp to put on this envelope, and I'm Permanently Disabled and it's not like I can afford to buy a Stamp for a PreStamped Envelope!!! This Lady, I think, has some kind of MENTAL PROBLEM WITH BEING FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC, because I will tell a Joke, and everyone in the Post Office will laugh except for this 1 Lady. I don't know what her Name is, but I'm thinking that it's ,"FLORENCE." Besides dealing with her, this Post Office is 5+ STARS , and I recommend it to anyone that asks me. There's 1 Man, who will go way out of his way to make sure that you're happy, or you have gotten exactly what you went there for. I'm 95% Positive that this A+ EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ,"JAMES!!" It's Employees like JAMES that makes any Company GREAT, and this Post Office should be TOTALLY GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ,"JAMES", WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!! Employees like this make people like going into the Post Office, and it's AWESOME WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE, and SOMEONE SAYS HI _ _ _ _ , because he will remember your Name. THANK YOU JAMES FOR ALL YOUR YEARS OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR!!!! So people know. I never knew ,"JAMES", before I started going to this Post Office!!!”

“Edit/Add: DON'T MISTAKE THIS FOR THE OAK CREEK DISTRIBUTION CENTER!!!
I changed my review from 1 to 5, as this isn't the Oak Creek distribution center, it's only the local USPS for Oak Creek. Stop the bad reviews. They do not handle the packages and it's a totally different building that it goes into. They don't touch the packages, unless it's being delivered local to them. The postmaster was a great help and I feel bad they get a lot of calls because of the distribution center messing up so much. I've talked to a few people there and they seem like good, hard working people that do their jobs right.
For the distribution center itself, my package has been there for over two weeks. It's pretty much between our government being stupid with budget cuts, taking away jobs and the place generally being under horrible mismanagement. The distribution center needs to be investigated as soon as possible. It's incredibly terrible when you have news stations reporting on it AND how badly they're affecting Wisconsin businesses with incompetence.”
