“I am truly impressed and amazed by the high quality of service I received from Holly P. in the parts department! I reached out regarding ordering parts for my trailer and received excellent service, she answered all my questions and I ultimately ended up not even needing to buy the parts I thought I needed. Holly went out of her way to contact Lund and Shoreland'r to verify my questions and make sure I was not going to damage my beloved boat. Thank you!! You have certainly earned my trust and a customer for life!”

“Clean, private, flexible, and easy to use. That's my take on Extra Space Storage (ESS). Their online tools (and app) make it so easy to use the facility AND their are real people to help as well - shout to Roman for great customer service. Our university student was able to come and go as needed and it met our needs. Highly recommend.”

“From beginning to end, my experience last night making my reservation to then coming here in person today has been a 10 out of 10 or a 5 out of 5. Not only is the internet and then app experience easy and impressive, but what stood out over the past 24 hours is your Rockstar and all star of an employee, Tory! I am a retired Registered Nurse of 20 years. I have done retail and customer service 10 years before that and another 5 years since retiring as a Nurse. I have 35 years of customer service. Tory's parents raised him right. He is professional, patient, kind, outgoing, goes above and beyond and for me 100% genuine. He was never a used car salesman trying to sell me my own car. Tory deserves the higher wage offered in his pay scale, top tier. In my opinion and coming from retail and customer service myself, Tory should be making at least $25 an hour. That is the minimum working livable wage month to month in today's economy and with inflation. In my opinion he should be making more than that and would be if he was my Rockstar employee. He made my experience detailed and dont have one bad critique about him. Thank you for hiring him. Thank you Tory 😊”

“I have had to adjust my storage needs multiple times due to the growth of my business. . Every time I’ve had to make changes or add additional units Krystel Has done an outstanding job for me great customer service and very friendly . The facility is very clean.. My business has continued to and I’ve had to add several more units and every time I’ve added units they have worked with me to get them close to my existing units as possible they’ve been more than fair with any adjustments I’ve needed and today was no exception. I had to switch some units around and Andrew the new store manager at this location. Did a fantastic job. I’ll miss Krystal but welcome Andrew. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend this facility.”

“Storage space is very clean but all storage spaces today are clean. What set apart Extra Space storage in West Allis, WI were the people that work there. Rita Bub is the Team lead and was great to deal with but all the other people (what at 68 yrs old do not remember) their names were equally delightful.”

The experience I had with Tasha was excellent and made my situation feel more comfortable since I've never used a storage unit a day in my life before. Can't wait to share with my friends and family!!”

“Carolyn was tops in helping me navigate best size and location within this huge indoor storage building. David was equally helpful a couple months ago as I first started shopping Milwaukee storage options. Seems hard to find such kind staff anywhere anymore but both Carolyn and David provide that good old fashioned customer service and topped with southern charm! Perfect location between the old Miller building and Milwaukee Brewer’s Stadium. Thanks to you both for your kindness!”
