Actually having a human to speak to added magnitudes to the customer (our) experience & positive customer service. Nadya is especially personable & friendly to work with.”

“The whole experience was amazing. We were waiting for our new house to go through closing. We had to change the move date 3 times. Ike was wonderful. He understood our situation and was more than willing to work with us. The movers Al and Don were at our home right on time. Both men were very professional and kind. They worked quickly but carefully. Everything got to the new home without any damage. They cautiously brought all our belongings into our home. I never want to have to move again but if I do it would definitely be FIVE Star movers would get the call. And I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a moving company. Antonio was a great team lead. Would work with them again, if for some insane reason I were to move another time in the next 20 years.”
“One Storage Storage has Great prices, the units are nice. The staff responds right away if there is a concern. It is safe,there are security cameras, and a keyad entrance into the garage areas. There is an elevator to move between floors. It is great you don't have to deal with the weather outside while moving your belongings, because the inside is temperature controlled. My only concern is that they used to have like 3 carts to help you load your items ,since I'm on the 3rd floor, i need them. Now, I cant seem to find any. I don't know if people re taking them, But They Need to get More ASAP. other than that, I really like using One Stop Storage.”
