Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️

Recently went through a horrible situation where an oil change place ruined our transmission, it was the worst process, but this company stood by our side, documented the damage throughly and stood up for us. I truly believe if we had gone anywhere else, we would not have had the exceptional level of care and may have not won our case to the extent we did, even though a large company would end up paying for it, they never overcharged and gave honest and fair prices and consistently went above and beyond for us and our car. “My experience with Franklin is nothing short of fantastic. I had a fuel leak and was pretty bad. Between the smell and seeing fuel drip, I needed this to be fixed immediately. Gave them a call and they got me in that week. The fuel pump was replaced and back to me the next day. “I called spoke with Mike on the phone about getting an estimate or diagnosis. Found out the diagnosis is free, which was awesome. Bought the vehicle last year for an extre winter car. After a month I was going to sell it for parts of junk it, because my transmission was slipping. I didn't have enough money to replace the transmission. Thankfully, they found the problem was the speed output sensor for the transmission. I had them do the work to replace the sensor which saved me from most likely having to junk the vehicle. I really appreciate the customer service, reasonable price and the great work that they did. If you need any work done on your transmission or any work related to that. Be sure and give them a call you will be 100% happy you did I know I am.... Thanks guys for the great work.”

“Took two vehicles here for diagnosis. They didn't find anything wrong with transmission on one and said the other was so rusted underneath that the expense would be more than the vehicles worth. Didn't charge me for looking at either of them since th they didn't really do anything. If that was at a dealer they would have hit me with $180 each time.”

“Driving through town hours from home and our fuel tank strap broke and was dragging on the ground. We stopped in with no warning and asked if he could look he told us to come around back and he did the repair asked if we needed anything else so he charged our AC too since we realized it wasn't cold... he did both and we were out within an hour. Awesome considering we had two little kids with us!!! And He could have gouged us with price since we didn't even ask how much as we were desperate and he was super reasonable!!! Very much recommend and if we ever are in the area will use Lalo!! Thank you!!!”

“When I tell you I am blessed, I mean BLESSED. Garrett and the team at Silver Lake did everything they could to help me out with my hoopty of a 2010 Focus. Initially thinking I had one snapped tierod it turns out I have two that needed to be replaced with a specific rubber piece that was discontinued years ago. From the honesty to the integrity to hunting down discontinued parts, then the blessing of my ‘due balance’ — they went out of their way to make sure my car was back to me in working order the SAME day. I was always hopeful it’d work out, and then it did in certain and I can not thank them all enough. I am not a well-to-do professional, I’m a struggling but hopeful and optimistic late-bloomer and they saw as being deserving of their mercy. They have no idea the positive impact this entire experience has had on me. It’s been an emotional day, I couldn’t be any more blessed to have had Silver Lake fall into my lap from a simple “car shops near me” search. I saw the reviews, took a chance, and ended up white knuckled crying before I drove off. My car is running beautifully, driving great, and you can feel the safety and care in mind in the drive.
