“I love this store. Very clean and orderly. Lots of food options in a small space. Prices are low and quality is great! Checkout is easy if you’re okay it’s self checkout.”
“I grew up in New Richmond and have gone to this store through all its change of names and owners. I visit from out of state and my mother uses the store pharmacy. The store is clean and has always had a friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, today an employee stationed at the self-checkout must have been having a bad day. I thought that the employee is not only there to make sure the customer doesn’t shoplift/fail to pay, but to provide FRIENDLY assistance to the shopper. That was not the case today. Commanding, displaying impatience was not helpful. As I said, he must of been having a bad day. Surely the employees are trained in appropriate customer assistance practices.”

I self checked out , forgot a bag of my items at the checkout. I went back with my reciept and the had it at the customer service dept. Matched reciepts and sent me on my way with my bag. Got home , realized I left my cell phone in the cart. Went back and Customer Service had it to. So Thank you whoever turned them in and Thanks Walmart for keeping them safe for me to pick up.”
“These people do an amazing job. I brought my family from the UK there, and they loved it. The shop has so many lovely items to purchase, and the meat available was amazing. The herd was healthy, huge, and quite magnificent. This was a truly special afternoon. The shopkeeper gave us a Styrofoam cooler to get our meat purchases home safely. She would not take any money for it, and I was proud of this business owner, and I admired how she conducted herself. My family raves about it to the rest of the family in the UK. Well done, Silver Bison, well done. We will be back!!!!”

“Friendly staff, I've stopped in here a few times. Store is clean, well organized.
I was surprised at how many grocery items they have.
If no one is up front when you head to the check out, (it looks like the employee has to stock shelves when no one is at the register) they have a bell to ring.
I do not have their app, but I know people who get extra deals / savings with it.”
