“Calliber Collision did an outstanding job on the repairs to my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and thorough every step of the way. We scheduled the date of service and worked with the rental car company on that date, and when it changed they took care of all of the coordination. When the car was in service I had daily updates as current point in the process and accurate estimations of completion time. They even discovered that the tree sap coming from one of the trees over my driveway was leaving a residue on my car and gave me steps to help control that in the future. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience in what generally is not at the best time of people's lives.”

“I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.”

“Mike S. took care of my vehicle and was up front and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. Great service work. They also offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was getting work done, which was appreciated but not needed. My only gripe (not a big deal due to my vehicle being done slightly earlier than expected) is that I had to call to get updates on my vehicle. I'm not sure if there is a texting feature for status updates for vehicles. Overall, great work! I'll be back for sure.”
“Got home from work and found out that the wheel bearing on my truck was going out. We were able to get it to Wilkes when we were greeted by a man named Jim who unfortunately told us that it would be 2 weeks until we can get it fixed. He then listened to the noise coming from the truck and decided out of the kindness of his heart to get my truck in this afternoon instead of waiting and risking it. Jim was a very awesome guy!!! “I recently moved to Lake Country and got a flat tire the same day I was to leave for the East Coast. I checked with a few other auto repair shops in the area, all of which would not be able to help me on the spot. I took it to Silver Lake Auto and they were able to order a matching tire and have it on my car within two hours.I have since taken all my cars there for repair and maintenance and continue to receive quality work and inspections. The homemade cookies are good too!”
