“Everyone likes to bag on harbor freight for their low quality tools but I’m reviewing the store and staff and not that. The store in La Crosse is a great place to visit. Every employee I deal with is upbeat, friendly, and super helpful. I recently ordered a large toolbox and the whole process was fantastic. I have nothing bad to say about this store or its employees.”

“Wish I knew his name, he was ABSOLUTELY fabulous. I was transferred to a nice enough guy but tried to put down the original man I spoke to. ... ..about toilet seats. Not professional & thought it was distasteful as he tried to say he was a plummer as a flex. Bought a wooden seat anyway. I'd really love to give the original guy recognition as I received him again as I called back after the arrogant plummer.”

Staff will often explain where it makes sense to spend a little more and where you can save money on a product. I'm always comfortable going into the store and asking for help if needed.”
