“Definitely deserving of a 5+ star rating, I needed to PCS to Norfolk VA and be there by Monday starting on Friday, Aaron and the guys went above and beyond to fix my muffler, and fix my O2 sensor. The process started on Wednesday and I picked it up Friday, when my car came up with more issues after getting on it after about 3000 rpms or 70mph my car went into limp mode, I quickly called the shop to see if they could help me out one last time and they did so happily staying 4.5 hours after close just to make sure I could safely PCS.

“My son had some decent sized dents on the hood of his vehicle that we wanted repaired. Todd told us he wouldn't be able to get it 'perfect' but could definitely improve the appearance. “I cannot recommend Commercial Auto Body enough!!! I, coincidentally, had an accident right in front of their business. The owner came out and checked on everyone and offered bathrooms and a phone to use if we needed it. I decided right then that I would take my car there to get fixed.
The repairs on my car were large and would take a lot of time to complete. They finished it in a week and it was spectacular. Trinity is awesome and a very talented woman. She washed and detailed the inside of my car on her own merit. Super appreciative!

“I would consider Big 3 Performance and owner, Aaron, the best of the best. I tell people this company is a 1%er. I am fortunate enough to have them build a 1964 1/2 Mustang Convertible (resto-mod) from first conception to completion. Aaron helped source the original frame and body as well as made me feel comfortable and included throughout the build. From running ideas and parts past me to open discussions of goals and timelines on this special build. He made sure budgets were adhered to and I was never surprised by overruns or costs as communication was open and regular. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for top-of-the-line work, craftsmanship and skill (of the complete team) this is your number one choice. When an owner and team are excited about what they are doing the passion come through in the quality of the build. “Excellent! Except for the young punk with terrible customer service skills behind the counter. I walked in, made eye contact with him, and I noticed he wasn't busy, so I walked up to him at counter when I noticed the other employees were busy with other customers. As soon as I got to counter, the phone rang, not even a whole 1st ring, and the little s.o.b. grabs the phone and started taking the phone customers order, and totally disregarded me and made me wait till his phone call was over, while looking right at me. I wanted to slap the little punk, so I had to wait for the other employee to help me instead. Phone calls are meant to be answered, don't get me wrong, but at least tell them to hold for a minute, while you deal with the person waiting right in front of you. Total b.s. if ya ask me. Yep. Just my two cents.”
