An absolute blessing thrown into an emotional mess. Having to get a phone you don't want (256 GB Edge) in Florida because you're on the road and then needing to upgrade (512 GB Utra) when you get to your next destination only to be turned away by a different ATT Store was so frustrating. Yes I could do it myself, maybe but probably not! Maybe not a big enough sale??
I then found my self at ATT Green Bay.
Stephanies kindness and understanding was beyond appreciated. I left with just what I wanted and a new ATT Store.

The two guys that were working were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find the perfect phone, took the time to transfer over my apps and all that jazz, and even adhered the liquid screen protector because I was worried about messing it up at home. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new phone.”

“Went into the W. Mason St. store in Green Bay and was very pleased with the service we received from Noelle. She patiently worked with us to switch carriers to T-Mobile. She also has provided some follow up service and did not hesitate to help us out when we went in. We also witnessed the customer service that Andre provided other customers. The elderly couple he was helping seemed to be very trying, and he was very patient and kind. He also engaged with us while we were in there, and it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location.”

That’s why, when the breach happened, leaving Cellcom was not an easy decision for me.
