“My grandson and I visit Chapter 2 books once a month and always find some little treasure , our visit yesterday was no exception , my grandson found a cute lil bench for his stuffies ❤. We have been going on our dates to Hudson for almost 5 years now and this Christmas one of his gifts was a gift certificate to Chapter 2 and he managed to spend all but $5.00 . The woman that was taking care of us ( maybe Judy was her name ) was over the top kind and engaged in a beautiful conversation with Mason , my grandson . When we were leaving he looked up to me and said she was such a nice lady I really liked her . A wonderful reminder that customer service is not dead at least not at chapter 2 books . We are already talking about and planning our next visit . They even asked to take a photo of him with his treasures I will look forward to seeing it posted and share with him . He will be so excited . Thank you all !!!!!”
