“It’s crazy cold right now! My battery froze up and wouldn’t even take a jump! Spent the past few hours getting triple AAA to come get the car started- once started I went straight to Oreillys on West Court street in Janesville- WILL (not sure if that’s his name 1/20 around 1:15pm) was HORRIBLE! Although they state changing batteries is one of their services- which I was in dire need of Will let me know he was not interested in getting his fingers cold and would not provide the service- this location should be closed down and he needs a different position as he is far to soft to be working with the public or with his hands. I than drove to the location on Milton and Jaydin saved our day!!!!! He promptly changed the battery with no hesitation and did so thoroughly!!!! I gave him $50 as I know that cold air was rough!! FIRE WILL AND CLOSE WEST COURT THEY ARE TRASH!”
